Jessica from GOAL came into school and told us all about life in Ethiopia. We found out about drought and other causes of hunger. We did drama work, we discussed photos and we did an Ethiopian dance. We learned so much and we agreed at the end that we appreciated all the little things we have in life. There are so many things we take for granted that many people don’t have. We are becoming more aware of the difficulties some people endure in their daily lives and we are becoming more mature Global Citizens.
