The children in Senior Infants grew watercress recently. They had to follow the instructions very carefully when they first planted the seeds, we then kept the plants in a nice sunny, warm spot in the room and the children made sure to remember that we needed to water our plants every day. Some of the children tried tasting the watercress then when they took them home!
