This week 2nd Class made the most of Science Week.
Monday and Wednesday we took part in Zoom presentations with Lucinda Jacobs author of Climate SOS and Owen O’Doherty author of Bright Sparks: Amazing Discoveries, Inventions and Designs by Women.
We were detectives learning about fingerprints and doctors monitoring our heart rates.
We defied gravity with our parachutes, had fun with skittles (and maybe treated ourselves to one or two) and reached for the sky building our own skyscrapers.
