Some of our classes were delighted to have the opportunity to practice Active Sitting throughout this term by taking turns to swap their chairs for stability balls.
This has been a great way of incorporating exercise into our day and decreasing sedentary time.
Pupils have thoroughly enjoyed this experience. They found the balls comfortable to use and reported being better able to concentrate during the day!
